AWattPrice is licensed to You (End-User) by Frank Becker (hereinafter: Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Application from the Apple App Store or TestFlight, and any update thereto, You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement.
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that Apple is not a Party to this License Agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. Frank Becker, not Apple, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and the content thereof.
All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.
1. The application
AWattPrice (hereinafter: Application) is a piece of software created to view and analyze electricity price data for dynamic electricity tariffs.
2. Scope of license
Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
3. Disclaimer
Licensor does not guarantee that any data or information in the AWattPrice App is correct or accurate.
AWattPrice is intended for users of dynamic electricity tariffs and is an independent project. AWattPrice is not affiliated with aWATTar GmbH.
4. Maintenance and support
Frank Becker and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
5. Use of data
The use and creation of data which is collected by the application is specified in the app's privacy policy: Privacy Policy.
6. Contribution license
You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy.
7. Warranty
Licensor warrants that the Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download.

The license is valid until terminated by Frank Becker or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from Frank Becker if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this license.
10. Applicable law
This license agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
11. Open Source and redistribution notice
AWattPrice is an Open Source App with the source code available on GitHub.
When modifying or redistributing the app you are bound to follow the redistribution license agreement at LICENSE.
