Scope
This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide in the "AWattPrice" mobile application and website ("Mobile Application" and "Service") is collected, protected and used. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Mobile Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Automatic collection of information
When you use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data includes information such as your device's IP address, operating system type and version, access times and dates, information you search for in the Mobile Application and browser information.
Collection of information
When sending an email to any of our addresses we will collect any information provided in this message, also see the section "Collection of personal information".
If you allow AWattPrice notifications we will need to collect certain information to provide you with this service:
- An Apple Push Notification Service device token ("APNs token"). This APNs token does not allow us to identify you as a specific user, as it could change anytime.
- Settings specified by you inside AWattPrice.
Collection of personal information
You can access and use the Mobile Application and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If you wish to use some features in the Mobile Application, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information, for example your name and email address.
Currently the collection of Personal Information includes any personal information provided when sending an email to any of our addresses.
Use and processing of collected information
In order to make the Mobile Application and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we need to collect and use certain information. Information we collect may be used for the following purposes:
- Improve user experience
- Respond to legal requests and prevent harm
- Run and operate the Mobile Application and Services
- Create, analyze and possibly publish statistical information
Statistical information will never include information which could harm users' privacy or identify any individual using our Mobile Application or Services.
Disclosure and transfer
We will disclose any Personal Information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process. Other than in this case, we will never share Personal Information with any third parties.
We may share statistical information with an outside party if it does not include information which could harm your privacy or identify an individual. Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transferring and storing your information in a country other than your own.
The rights of users
You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. In particular, you have the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, learn if information is being processed by us, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing, restrict processing and receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format.

The Mobile Application and Services might contain links to other resources that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other resources or third parties.
Information security
All communication in the app uses HTTPS as a security measure.
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.
Changes and acceptance
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Mobile Application and Services. Any updated version will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
