AWattPrice is licensed to you by Frank Becker for use under these terms. By downloading the app from the Apple App Store or TestFlight, including updates, you accept this agreement.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for warranty, liability, maintenance or support of AWattPrice. Frank Becker is solely responsible for the licensed application and its content.

All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.

1. The application

AWattPrice is software for viewing and analyzing electricity price data for dynamic electricity tariffs.

2. Scope of license

The licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.

3. Disclaimer

Licensor does not guarantee that any data or information in the AWattPrice App is correct or accurate.

AWattPrice is intended for users of dynamic electricity tariffs and is an independent project. AWattPrice is not affiliated with aWATTar GmbH.

4. Maintenance and support

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for AWattPrice.

4A. AWattPrice Pro Supporter

AWattPrice may offer an optional AWattPrice Pro Supporter entitlement through Apple's In-App Purchase system. AWattPrice Pro Supporter can be purchased as an auto-renewable monthly subscription, an auto-renewable yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled in the End-User's Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple. The lifetime unlock is a non-consumable In-App Purchase that does not expire.

AWattPrice Pro Supporter does not include a free trial. The Pro entitlement unlocks the same Pro features for active monthly subscribers, active yearly subscribers, and lifetime purchasers. End-Users can restore eligible purchases within the Application.

5. Use of data

Use of data collected by AWattPrice is described in the app's Privacy Policy.

6. Contribution license

Information and personal data you provide may be accessed, stored, processed and used according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty

Licensor warrants that the Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download.

The license is valid until terminated by Frank Becker or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from Frank Becker if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this license.

10. Applicable law

This license agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.

11. Open Source and redistribution notice

AWattPrice is an Open Source App with the source code available on GitHub.

When modifying or redistributing the app you are bound to follow the redistribution license agreement at LICENSE.
